Depending on your program subscription, you will have access to a certain number of group calls!! We explore different Energy Work themes around movement + mindset + alignment.
Push + Pull Workouts
There are 8 weeks in Aligned Body. Each week you have access to three new, strategic + progressive exercise routines to align you with your fitness results.
Core Workouts
These workouts are pre-recorded, PLUS we go LIVE as a group 1x a week to complete an exercise as energy healing session!
Bend + Lift Workouts
Your endurance, balance, flexibility, mobility, and self-assuredness will all become stronger. You CAN do this, and with Aligned Body you are equipped with all of the tools.
GROUP COACHING
Come as you are to our Energy Healing Group Coaching calls. This is a safe place where everyone is working on their own self-love and Energy Healing journey.
In each session I teach you different Energy Healing modalities and we put them into practice so you can learn, and use them independently. Most members find it powerful to learn that others are having similar challenges, and hear the creative + resourceful ways they are showing up for themselves to pivot, reframe, and create a more aligned solution.
